Returns & Exchanges

We hope that you love your purchases, however Frockstar.com.au is happy to refund items if faulty or not what you ordered/expected. Items must be returned within 10 days of shipping date. Items must be unwashed, unworn and in original condition. Customer will be credited by original payment. If the item has been worn or damaged, it will be returned to the customer without refund. Please note that the customer is liable for the cost of postage when refunding/exchanging.

Sale items are unable to be refunded or exchanged, unless found to be faulty.
